We are looking for a detail oriented data entry freelancer to help us organize and input information from scanned documents into an Excel spreadsheet. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

You’ll be given scanned PDFs and handwritten forms (about 200 pages). The task is to extract specific fields (name, email, phone number, address, and date) and record them in a structured Excel file according to the provided format.

Task Details:

1. Input approximately 2,500 - 3,000 records into an Excel sheet
2. Each record will contain 5 - 6 fields (Name, Email, Phone, Address, Date, Notes)
3. Verify data accuracy and fix any formatting issues
4. Mark any unclear entries in a separate "Review Needed" column
5. Use Google Sheets or Excel (template provided)
