1. General Terms & Conditions (সাধারণ শর্তাবলী)

• 1.1 By participating, each participant agrees to follow all rules.
  ১.১ প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ করলে প্রতিযোগী সকল নিয়ম মানতে সম্মত হবেন।
• 1.2 Organizers may update or modify rules anytime. Updates will be announced officially.
  ১.২ আয়োজকরা প্রয়োজনে নিয়ম পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন এবং তা হলে সেটা অফিসিয়ালি জানানো হবে।
• 1.3 Participation is free. Winners must provide valid ID and original photo file during prize collection.
  ১.৩ অংশগ্রহণ সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে। বিজয়ীদের পরিচয়পত্র ও মূল ছবি দেখাতে হবে।

2. Submission Guidelines (ছবি জমা দেওয়ার নিয়ম)

• 2.1 Originality & Copyright | মৌলিকত্ব ও কপিরাইট
  Photos must be original, captured by the participant.
  ছবিটি অবশ্যই প্রতিযোগীর তোলা মৌলিক ছবি হতে হবে।
  AI-generated, copied, or others’ work not allowed.
  এআই-তৈরি বা অন্যের ছবি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
  Photographer keeps full copyright.
  প্রতিযোগী ছবির পূর্ণ কপিরাইট রাখবেন।
• 2.2 Content Restrictions (কনটেন্ট সীমাবদ্ধতা)
  No obscene, nude, hateful, political, or offensive images.
  অশ্লীল, নগ্ন, ঘৃণাত্মক, রাজনৈতিক বা আক্রমণাত্মক ছবি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
  No misuse of national symbols, religion, or culture.
  জাতীয় প্রতীক, ধর্ম বা সংস্কৃতির অপব্যবহার হলে বাতিল।
• 2.3 Watermark Policy (ওয়াটারমার্ক নীতি)
  Small, non-distracting watermark allowed.
  ছোট ও অস্পষ্ট ওয়াটারমার্ক চলবে।
  Large/bold watermark not allowed.
  বড় বা চোখে পড়া ওয়াটারমার্ক গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
• 2.4 Metadata & Caption Requirement (মেটাডাটা ও ক্যাপশন)
  Each photo must include:
  Date & time of capture (তোলার তারিখ ও সময়)
  Device used (কোন ডিভাইসে তোলা)
  Caption (max 25 words) (সর্বোচ্চ ২৫ শব্দের ক্যাপশন)
  If information is missing entry will be deleted.
  (যদি তথ্য অনুপস্থিত হয় এন্ট্রি মুছে ফেলা হবে)
• 2.5 RAW/Original File (মূল চিত্র ফাইল)
  Shortlisted/winners may be asked for RAW/HD file.
  (সংক্ষিপ্ত তালিকাভুক্ত/বিজয়ীদের মূল ছবি চাওয়া যেতে পারে।)
  If failed to provide, entry will be canceled.
  (প্রদান করতে ব্যর্থ হলে, প্রবেশ বাতিল করা হবে।)

3. Judging Criteria (মূল্যায়ন নীতি)

• 3.1 Judged on originality, content, composition, technical skill, emotional impact.
  ৩.১ মৌলিকত্ব, বিষয়বস্তু, কম্পোজিশন ও টেকনিক অনুযায়ী বিচার হবে।
• 3.2 Jury decision is final.
  ৩.২ বিচারকমণ্ডলীর সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত।
• 3.3 Organizers may ask for proof if manipulation suspected.
  ৩.৩ সন্দেহজনক হলে আয়োজকরা প্রমাণ চাইতে পারেন।

4. Usage Rights & Copyright (ব্যবহার অধিকার ও কপিরাইট)

• 4.1 Participant grants Sayzz.com & JYCSM CHANDANNAGAR exclusive rights of the pictures for contest purpose.
  ৪.১ প্রতিযোগিতার উদ্দেশ্যে, অংশগ্রহণকারীরা Sayzz.com এবং JYCSM CHANDANNAGAR-কে ছবির একচেটিয়া অধিকার প্রদান করে।
• 4.2 Images used only for promotion with due credit.
  ৪.২ ছবি শুধুমাত্র প্রচারের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হবে এবং নাম দেওয়া হবে।
• 4.3 Photographer keeps full ownership. Not sold/shared commercially.
  ৪.৩ প্রতিযোগী সম্পূর্ণ মালিক থাকবেন। কোনো ব্যবসায়িক কাজে ব্যবহার হবে না।

5. Additional Guidelines | অতিরিক্ত নির্দেশিকা

• 5.1 Each image must have unique metadata & caption.
  ৫.১ প্রতিটি ছবির জন্য আলাদা মেটাডাটা ও ক্যাপশন থাকতে হবে।
• 5.2 No age limit. Under 18 must have parental consent.
  ৫.২ বয়সসীমা নেই। ১৮ বছরের নিচে হলে অভিভাবকের অনুমতি লাগবে।

These rules ensure fairness & quality. Please follow carefully.
